WEDDINGS, & COUPLES
EXPERIENCE
You get a husband-and-wife team who focus on what's most important to you on your wedding day and create space for you to be fully present on your wedding day instead of watching it rush past. The result is a gallery of images that feel authentic and timeless. Your experience with your wedding photographer shouldn't end when your wedding day is over, even the way your gallery is delivered is meant to feel considered, personal, and worth lingering over.
Most wedding photography collections look the same. the experience doesnt.

How do you protect our wedding images?
This is the most important question you can ask any photographer you are considering for you wedding day.
I am relentless about protecting your wedding day images and have multiple backups of every file. If you are curious as to what I mean by that here is how it works:
My cameras have dual memory card slots, so every photo is copied to two memory cards as I shoot. I have back-up equipment in the event that something malfunctions. When I leave your wedding those memory cards stay with me. Before I go to bed the files are downloaded onto two external hard drives and imported into Lightroom. I do not format or reuse the memory cards from your wedding day until I have delivered your gallery to you.
I have at least four copies of every image from your wedding day. I will protect your wedding photos as if they are my own.
how do you protect our wedding images?
We capture your wedding day with an intentional editorial style storytelling rooted in photojournalism and edited true to color in a film inspired aesthetic. This means most of the day follow the light and authentically tell your story. A small portion is spent crafting magazine worthy posed images. We create timeless images that you will look back on twenty years from now and even though some things will have gone out of style your wedding pictures will always be beautiful.
Your wedding day is not a photoshoot, our hope for you is that when you look back on your wedding gallery you to relive all the emotions of your best day ever.
What is your photography style?
Yes! We offer hybrid video as an add-on to any of our wedding photography collections. Our films are created in the same documentary style as our photos, real moments, real emotion, no overly posed or produced feel. The goal is one cohesive story, photo and videos that belong together.
Do you offer video
On average we deliver between 50-100 thoughtfully curated images per hour of coverage to your final gallery. The number of photos we capture, edit, and deliver is determined by your unique wedding day.
Additionally, we deliver all of your wedding photos in both color and black and white duplicates.
How many photos will we recieve?
Yes. We are full-time wedding photographers and therefore we maintain comprehensive coverage on our business and equipment. Should your venue require a COI (certificate of insurance) We are happy and able to provide one.
Are you insured?
Yes! I started my love of a photography learning on a film camera and this is a return to my roots, incorporating the timeless charm of film into your wedding day coverage using my Olympus OM2, a classic 35mm SLR camera. (I even have a tattoo of this camera on my arm)
For each wedding 8 hours or longer, I will dedicate up to one roll of film to capture a select number of cherished moments. Additionally, whenever possible I like to leave you with some Polaroids of your wedding day so that you have tangible moments to take home with you.
Please note: as a vintage camera, the Olympus OM2 may present reliability challenges inherent to its age. (She’s a vintage powerhouse) While I offer these film photographs as a complimentary addition to my digital services, I cannot guarantee the success of every shot due to the unpredictable nature of film photography. Rest assured, I exclusively use film to replicate images already captured with my state-of-the-art Nikon Z9, ensuring no unique moments are risked. This blend of modern precision and nostalgic artistry allows me to provide you with a unique keepsake, enhancing your wedding album with a vintage touch at no additional cost.
Do you shoot film?
Yes, his name is Fat Gus.
When the venue allows it and the light is right, we send Gus up for aerial frames that show the whole story of the day, your venue from above, you two tiny in the landscape, the way the property actually felt. It's not a gimmick we force into every wedding. It's one more way we document your day when it adds something we cannot get from the ground.
We only fly where it's permitted, safe, and worth it.
Do you have a drone?
Yes, with this caveat, remember that you are looking at my technical skills and coverage as a photographer on a wedding day another bride has meticulously planning for herself. She will likely have chosen a different dress and decor than you will. There will be moments included in her gallery that mean something to her but don't make sense to you. You can’t compare any other wedding day to the day you are imagining.
When you are looking at another couple's gallery of photos, look past the wedding and ask yourself do I like the lighting and style of the photographer?
