We want our couples to really enjoy their engagement sessions, because of this we don't believe they should ever feel forced to smile or overly posed. We want out couples to look back at their engagement photos and remember how fun the experience was. This couple really did enjoy this time together in case you can't tell by the way they are looking at each other in this image.
This couple and I went of a walk around downtown Indianapolis for their engagement session. The city is full of amazing backgrounds and the cobblestone street leading up to the Indiana State house just off of Monument Circle is only one of them. Not only does it make an aesthetically pleasing background but it is one of the most recognized landmarks in downtown Indianapolis for its Doric-style architecture.
The Indiana State house also serves as a wedding venue! It is able to accommodate up to 500 guests and includes parking for up to 200 vehicles. The interior features a stained-glass dome, marble flooring, a balcony, ornate columns, and chandeliers.
