Frequently Asked Questions
Your wedding photos are made up of pixels, and pixels are blocks of color. The more pixels in an image the clearer the image will appear when printed. Low-resolution images may look fine on a screen, but they will not if you decide to print them. I deliver all your images 6,000 x 4,000, which is considered high resolution and excellent for printing.
You can absolutely have your photos printed anywhere; however, I do only guarantee prints from the professional photo lab that is color calibrated to my work. You can order prints from that lab directly from your wedding gallery, and they will be shipped directly to you.
When your wedding photos are ready for delivery, I will upload them to my studio software. You will receive an email with the link to view your gallery and share it with your friends and family. You will be able to download your gallery onto any device you would like. (i.e, thumb drive, external hard drive, etc.)

Your photos will stay on my server for 365 days from the date of delivery. After 365 days, your photos will go into the archive so that if anything happens to your downloaded photos, I will be able to retrieve them, and an unarchiving fee will apply.

Professional editing is post-production that occurs in Lightroom and includes color correction, meaning I make any necessary adjustments to the exposure, saturation, contrast, and white balance (the light temperature of the photo), straightening, and cropping of your images. This process makes all the photos cohesive throughout your gallery.
Retouching is a more time-consuming post-production process that occurs in Photoshop and is the process of skin smoothing, teeth whitening, and removing distractions or blemishes.
Retouching is not included in basic editing but is available at an additional rate of $50 per hour.
