In this wedding photographer's opinion, one of the best venues for sunset photos around Indianapolis is Hawthorns Golf and Country Club in Fishers, Indiana. We don’t have to walk far from the venue to be in the perfect spot to get gorgeous photos during golden hour, this spot is directly under the outdoor ceremony space.
Whenever possible we recommend sunset photos for all our couples on their wedding day. It’s the perfect time to take a few minutes to break away from the party, have a few moments to yourselves, and take some beautiful photos. We know that in Indiana we might not get a sunset if it’s too cloudy and in winter it sets so early, have no fear, we will still create stunning photos anyway.
Brian took this photo at a wide angle while I snapped an up-close shot. That is one of the benefits of having two photographers on your wedding day, even if we stand side by side, we will give you multiple angles of all your perfect moments. Including sunset.
