The "dupatta" is the traditional veil worn by Indian brides. These veils are colorful, intricately embroidered, and worn with colorful saris. This bride wore her mother's wedding dress for her Hindu ceremony. We covered her face with the veil for this portrait.
This was a three-day celebration with the traditional Hindu ceremony taking place on day two at Finley Creek Vineyards in Zionsville, Indiana. The Hindu celebration was full of beautiful, colorful, traditional Indian wedding clothes which allowed us to create beautiful, colorful wedding photos we know this couple will treasure forever.
